"Stitches Creation"

MLT Ltd is also a department of research and development specialised in high-range stitches.

Given its technical development, its equipment and its technicians' know-how, MLT Ltd has diversified its activities. It offers to the creators and the executives in relation with their designers studies of stitches during the organisation of the collection.

• Thread test, rebracks, research in stitches, knitting of the 1st panel, 1st model.
  Supply of a programme and possibility to transfer some computer data to some manufacturing factories.

Those studies are made on last generation STOLL Material, 7-8-10-12 knitting tension.

Our "STOLL SIRIX O2" computer station, in connection with a Windows server, allows us to receive pictures from executives via Internet or other means of communication and to exploit them directly.
This station also allows us to create new stitches as well as knitting programmes in relation with our clients. Our means of communication allow us to transfer those programmes directly into the production units connected with the Stoll network.

An important knitting exhibition is installed in a special office, and remains at the disposal of the crews of designers for whom we carry out studies in stitches, prototypes, or collection repetition.
